CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, tips for Pro Se litigants

This year marks the United States 250th anniversary since signing the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776!

Many times in our judicial system, I have seen litigants get extremely frustrated on why they could not just share their story and share it now to get justice. This frustration grows exponentially when you are operating in the court system without the assistance of legal counsel.

Throughout my time actively working in the courtroom and in and out of court hearings and trials weekly for years, I was often educating people on the Constitution and how it was playing out in real life in their case. 

This legal seminar will be for pro se litigants, or those contemplating representing themselves, to explain behind the scenes on why constitutional principles must be known and followed when presenting your case in court. 

This seminar will be meant to provide general information and will not be construed to provide you with individual legal advice.
