Attorney Kristianna Soto was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida in 2009 and graduated from The Florida State University in 2005 with majors in International Affairs, Spanish, and a minor in Criminology. Attorney Soto has been a dedicated attorney in our community for over seventeen years, she is a born and raised Floridian, and she has also spent time living and working abroad in Mexico, Ecuador, and Spain. While abroad in her youth, she studied and taught English in Spain, was a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar of Goodwill in Ecuador, and worked for the United States State Department in Mexico. 

Now, Attorney Soto is the managing attorney of The Law Office of Kristianna Soto, P.A. assisting the community with legal matters involving family, juvenile, and criminal (constitutional) law. Before opening her own law firm, Attorney Soto was a supervising attorney and legal training attorney for the Office of the Public Defender. She proudly served as an Assistant Public Defender attorney for over 11 years! She also formerly worked as a family law attorney in a boutique law firm. 

While working in government practice, Attorney Soto gained an immense amount of trial and litigation experience. As a manager and the legal training attorney at the Office of the Public Defender, she trained well over a hundred attorneys, certified legal interns, and legal interns on how to litigate cases from their inception through trial, sentencing, and even into appellate matters. Attorney Soto has stood ready for hundreds of jury trials, while not being afraid to take countless cases through the jury trial process. 

Now in her private practice, she is honored to help people facing traumatic and emotional events and enjoys empowering clients to take full ownership and control over their lives, so that they can live with ultimate purpose.
